The events are organised by Human Being Active, supported by Fusion are perfect for any standard of runner or walker.

All of the Fusion 5k summer series start and finish at the Llanelli Leisure Centre and each is on a Thursday evening at 7:00 pm.

Held within Llanelli's beautiful Millennium Coastal Park  ... there are not many places that could better the stunning scenery for this type of event. The park truly is a perfect place to run or walk.

The views across the Loughor Estuary to the Gower Peninsular are fantastic. The traffic free terrain is perfect and the course is considered flat with a few very mild undulations.

Every adult who enters and finishes any of the 5k's in the summer series will receive a memento. There will also be awards to the winners of each category and overall male and female winners. Spot prizes will also be awarded.

Why not take part in a team ... encourage those around you to take part; ....  the event is open to all and we welcome you.

 The facilites at the event headquarters offers a place to change, and shower.

At the event refreshments will be available from hot and cold drinks to light snacks. There is also ample car-parking ... and it's free

If you bring you children  (or grand-children) with you, the events also cater for their needs.

There is a Junior fun run for anyone below the age of 14. The Junior run is over 800 meters cost only £2 to enter and again there is a memento for every finisher.

Please note ... the junior runs begin at 6:30 pm

You can enter the senior event now  by clicking on the button and choosing the date (or dates) to enter.

Alternatively you can also download a 5K entry form ... fill it in and send it back to us (with payment by cheque) to enter.

Juniors can also download a JUNIOR entry form ... and post it to us.

It is also possible to enter on the day ... but remember there is a limit to the numbers that can take part so enter now to avoid disappointment.
